iCaltrain v1.0 submitted to Apple’s App Store

iCaltrain v1.0 went through 2 weeks of beta testing, and was submitted to Apple’s App Store today. The native app starts up quickly and enables a user to find the next arriving trains in less than 10 seconds.

Thanks to the 20 or so beta testers for their feedback and suggestions. Your feedback has helped improved the app for all Caltrain riders.

Thanks for much for developing this application and although I haven’t had a chance to give it a try, your website is an invaluable tool for the traveler on the go.

Can’t wait to give the application a try!

You shouldn’t charge for this app. Thats ridiculous. Its bad enough the trains run so far apart…just another reason why Americans wont use mass-transit. The powers that be make it as inconvenient as possible.
